We are two Dutch nurses who were on an extended leave to discover Asia. We were living in Luang Prabang (Laos) when the Corona-virus crisis hit.
Borders were closing and we needed to get back to family urgently. We tried to book tickets online, but our credit cards wouldn’t clear.

When our Luang Prabang to Bangkok flight cancelled, he paid for another ticket to get us there the night before.
