“Rose, great job on the trip. The second week in Caen was unbelievable. Joseph worked hard and the guide was tremendous. I want to compliment Joseph on his ability to get things done and his positive attitude. He was an asset to have on the trip. The guide you provided in the Normandy region is second to none. She was in depth when she had to be. She read the group extremely well and was very energetic. The guides in Paris were very good; however, I think that Joseph made the difference in Paris. He adjusted their style and made them more understanding of the group they were dealing with. I will sit down with you and do a complete review; however, this is to say “great job”.
