A quick note to advise that I caught up with our clients Dr & Mrs X today.
Their stay in New York was a huge success and they were really delighted with everything that Globe Bleu did for them. They were especially glad to meet Laura on their arrival day (this went down very well) and were conscious that she had waited due to their delayed arrival. I understand that she also personally escorted them to one of the galleries one day, so thank you for the special attention.
The NYC guide Cliff seemed to be a star – as were the drivers who they said were faultless. They also commented that the art expert who escorted them at the galleries was fabulous, and that she really knew her work. The opera and theatre was a success – and they even seemed to enjoy the musical Memphis! All dinners and restaurants that you recommended went well, and they enjoyed their dining out.
They felt that they saw more than they ever hoped to see given their age & mobility level, so you really made it happen for them!
