Bob did a great job arranging for a 5 day trip to Paris and Versailles in August. I worked directly with him (he was recommended by Wendy Perrin) and he was easy to work with, flexible and had many good suggestions. He obtained a marvelous suite upgrade at Le Bristol and difficult to obtain restaurant reservations. We especially loved l’Arpege, which Bob recommended to us. Bob’s guides (for the Louvre, Versailles, d’Orsay and others) and drivers were extremely knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed the day in Champagne and especially our guide Sandy. I would definitely use him again.
